
*Please note that these classes have a pre-registration policy. If you wish to participate in these classes you must email us at least 24 hours in advance to let us know you will be attending. There will be a $10 cancellation policy for those that register and do not show up (without a valid reason).
Classes Explained:
WOD – Workout of the Day
In these sessions clients will be coached by one of our trainers. Classes will last one hour beginning with a warm up followed by skill training and finally the Workout of the Day. These classes are open to everyone.
Open Gym
Missed a WOD during the week? Struggling with your kipping pull-up or muscle up? Drop by on Saturday or Sunday where the gym will be open to make a missed WOD or just work on your skills. Coaches will be on-site for any questions or to help if you need some extra motivation or assistance.
Women’s Only WOD
This is a good opportunity for those women who are interested in trying CrossFit in a women-only setting. For all existing and potential members, the main focus will be on the basic Olympic lifts (squats, deadlifts etc.) and bodyweight movements done at a high intensity.
