ABOUT US

CrossFit Whitby is a fun, family friendly environment where like-minded individuals can train not only to improve their level of fitness but also their quality of life.  We teach classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope.

We are an inclusive training facility with an atmosphere of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.  Our students are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives and include everyone from stay-at-home moms and students to  business executives, athletes and emergency service personnel.

As a result of our training, you will become strong and confident and understand what it means to be extremely fit. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic.  The exercises we use are all natural movements found in everyday life – primal movements like running, jumping, lifting, squatting, and throwing.
